Digital Products & Gift Cards
All digital products, including digital gift cards, downloadable materials, recorded readings, emailed readings, and online offerings, are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
Gift cards:
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be refunded after purchase
• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, misused, or shared
• Are the responsibility of the purchaser once issued
• Do not expire unless otherwise required by law

• No refunds will be issued after scheduling.
• No refunds will be issued once the reading has been completed.
• Missed appointments without at least 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time.
